The Prayer Motivator Minute #716

31 Aug

A. J. Gordon said, “To arouse one man or woman to the tremendous power of prayer for others, is worth more than the combined activity of a score of average Christians.”

Our prayer motivator passage from the Word of God today is Matthew 26:39 which reads: “And he went a little farther, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.”

Our prayer motivator quote today is from Arthur T. Pierson. He said, “Living, praying, giving and going will always be found together, and a low standard in one means a general debility in the whole spiritual being.”
